Jobs are shared out by area and each driver’s working hours, with every stop put in order on real road times and time windows kept. Move any job to another driver in a couple of clicks.

Each driver sees only their own list on their phone, with navigation to every stop. As they mark jobs done, you see it in the office, with the time, any photos and notes, and whether a signature was taken.

Questions
What do my drivers need?
Just a smartphone with a web browser. You add each driver with their email, and they get a link to set their own password. Nothing to download from an app store.
What if a driver has no signal?
Their list and the Done button keep working, and anything they mark done is saved on the phone and sent as soon as signal returns. Directions open in Google Maps or Apple Maps, which need signal of their own.
When does the free trial start?
When you first send a day to your drivers, or a week after setting up, whichever comes first. You can add drivers and practise before then. Nothing is charged unless you set up payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Manage billing on your team page. Your team keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Who can see the delivery data?
Your business, and each driver for their own jobs. We hold it to run the service and never use it for anything else, under our data processing terms.
I also drive. Do I pay twice?
No. The manager’s account is free; if you drive too, add yourself as a driver and you count as one seat.
