1. Add your drivers on the Drivers tab: name, email, where they start and finish, working hours. Each gets an email to choose their own password. Add yourself if you drive.
2. Paste the day’s jobs on Plan the day: press + Add jobs and paste rows from your spreadsheet (name, address, postcode, notes, earliest, latest) or upload a CSV or Excel file. Pick the day at the top first.
3. Auto-assign. The jobs are split between your drivers by location and working time, each driver in their own colour. A grey pin fits nobody; the warning says why. To move jobs, tap pins (or tick them in the list), choose a driver and press Move.
4. Send to drivers. Each driver opens the app on their phone and sees only their own jobs, in order, with navigation. If you change the plan later, they get the change when they next open or refresh.
5. Watch deliveries come in. Each driver’s card shows jobs done; the list shows each delivery’s time, and a Delivered button opens the note and proof photos.

£9 per driver per month, minimum one. A driver counts from the day they first sign in (the part-month goes on your next bill); adding one costs nothing until then.
