Plan the day for all your drivers

Paste the day’s jobs, and Route Planner splits them between your drivers by location and working time. Each driver signs in on their phone and works their own list, with navigation, time windows and proof of delivery. You see every delivery come in.

• £9 per driver per month, minimum one (including VAT). The manager account that plans and watches is included; if you drive too, add yourself as a driver.
• 14 days free. The trial starts when you first send your drivers their jobs. Nothing is charged until it ends.
• Drivers never see your account. Each has their own email-and-password login; you never see their password.

Getting set up takes three steps

1. Sign in with Google below, using the Google account you want to manage the team with.
2. Name your business and add your drivers. Each driver gets an email to set their password, and can sign in straight away.
3. Plan a day and press Send. That starts your 14-day free trial (if you haven’t sent by then, it starts by itself a week after you set up). Before it ends, set up payment by card: £9 per driver per month, minimum one. A driver counts from the day they first sign in.
