This is for you if...

  • You've hit the 10-stop wall in Google Maps and you're tired of splitting your round into batches.
  • You don't want to spend Β£200 on a windshield sat nav unit when your phone is already in the van.
  • You do 20 to 50 drops a day and need to mark each one off as you go without re-entering anything.

What it actually does

One worked example, real numbers:

1
You paste 24 postcodes from your delivery sheet into the box. Format doesn't matter, it pulls them out of BR1 1AA, NW3 5HT, SE10 9HZ... or a full spreadsheet copy-paste.
2
You hit Optimise. Pro orders the 24 stops in about a second using real UK road distances (not straight lines), starting from your home or depot, ending where you tell it.
3
On your phone, you see the route as a list with stop 1 at the top. Add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen, no browser bars, like an app.
4
Tap stop 1. Google Maps or Apple Maps, whichever you picked, opens with turn-by-turn voice nav for that single leg. You drive there, drop the parcel, come back and tap "done". Tap stop 2. Repeat 23 times.
5
Phone screen goes off, you start it again, your route is still there with stop 8 already marked done. Close the tab and open Pro again on the same phone within 24 hours, and the round comes back where you left it. Tap Save and the stops and their order are kept on your account (up to 20 saved routes), ready to load on any device; the done marks aren't part of a saved route. No retyping, no hunting for the spreadsheet again.

Honest about what you're getting

This is a phone-first navigation experience that hands each leg off to Google Maps or Apple Maps. It is not, and isn't trying to be, a windshield-mounted in-car unit.

What this is

  • Web app navigation, opens in your phone's browser or as a home-screen app
  • Hands each stop off to Google Maps or Apple Maps for turn-by-turn voice directions
  • Real road-distance routing, not straight-line
  • Up to 300 stops per round; keep up to 20 rounds saved to your account

What this isn't

  • An in-dash or windshield-mounted sat nav unit
  • Offline. You need a phone with a data signal.
  • A replacement for a TomTom if you genuinely need one
  • A free product. The free route optimiser plans the route but doesn't navigate it.
